Catsoterra utilizes technology to make Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) more efficient and accessible.
Our organization generates funding through the sale of E-Cards and private contributions from individual and organizational supporters. These funds are used to prepay our partner veterinary clinics for subsidized TNR procedures. Approved Catsoterra volunteers can then use our online Dashboard to book TNR appointments directly with participating partner clinics.

Apply to become a Catsoterra TNR Volunteer. Once approved, the TNR Appointment Booking feature will be unlocked on your Dashboard.

Catsoterra is a TNR-focused organization. We are not a rescue organization or animal shelter and are unable to accept animal surrenders or take on individual rescue cases. Our program is designed to support volunteers by providing access to subsidized Trap-Neuter-Return services through our partner veterinary clinics.
Catsoterra subsidizes the base cost of Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) at participating partner clinics. Any additional veterinary services, medications, treatments, complications, or other charges beyond the covered TNR procedure are the financial responsibility of the volunteer.
We encourage responsible animal welfare and ask volunteers to consider their ability to manage any unexpected costs that may arise before booking an appointment. Volunteers should only participate when they are prepared to take responsibility for the cat's care beyond Catsoterra's TNR subsidy.
